Summer reading
While Wendy and I were away in the USA recently to speak at the Newfrontiers Mid-West Celebration, we built in a few rest days, so I took Jonathan Aitken’s magnificent biography of John Newton, From Disgrace to Amazing Grace.

Maybe I still can’t pronounce it properly, but I really enjoyed my visit to the North Wales seaside town of Pwllheli where I spoke at the New Word Alive conference.
Receiving the Holy Spirit and Miracles in St Louis
I have recently returned from visiting the USA, where I had the privilege of addressing our annual Newfrontiers leaders and wives conference entitled Equipped for Mission.
Prayer and fasting days
Once again last week’s Newfrontiers leaders’ days of prayer and fasting were truly memorable as hundreds gathered to seek God. For me the highlight was the awesome word brought to us by Neville Jones from CCK, Brighton, who with remarkable authority and anointing spoke of an underground lake of blessing that is growing inexorably with inevitable blessing that’s going to break out. My faith, along with many others, soared with real joy and anticipation.
